Description of feature
The world settings button for the witherstorm should be in the game rules area before creating a new world. This feature would be useful so I can just set the options that need a reload of the world before the world is created, and thus no reload required. Not the end of the world if this doesn't happen, but it would be kind of nice. Screenshot of the button I'm talking about and a crude mockup below.

Depending on how the config system works this may not be possible however I’ll look into it

I should have said this in the post, but I don't care if it's not specifically in the game rules area. If you find a better spot to put it in the world creation menu, I'd be fine with it
