Make sure that the wither storm can destroy the netherite block, obsidian, crying obsidian and similar strong blocks with its fiery skulls

I'd prefer to not alter this behavior, as the wither storm can already pick up obsidian, etc. and allowing flaming skulls to do this seems too overpowered imo.
