Try to update it ... all works... only cant understard your texture system of windows Oo

I just got to the same point, updating for 1.6.2. The problem is Mojang's new resource packs, and a lack of documentation on how to properly use them.

If you go into config/CraftGuide/themes/currentTheme.txt, and replace base_texpack with dark, it will use a theme that loads all images directly from that folder, rather than from within the jar/mod zip

However, that workaround is avoiding the problem, since the default theme is intended to allow conventional texture pack support, so a proper update requires trying to understand the resource pack system...

Edit: On a side note, the existing theme setup should theoretically have detected that one of the images didn't exist, and tried an alternative, one of which is also in the filesystem so would have worked. But the detection code also needs to be updated to work with resource packs...
