Firstly, I would like to point out that I encountered this while playing in a pack and as such it may not be your mod causing the issue. I added this mod to the Project Ozone 2 modpack.

I was setting up a recipe in the buildcraft autoworkbench, which makes false 'ghost' items appear in its craft-table area. When I clicked on "clear grid", these false items became real and appeared in my inventory.

Using latest version, 1.0.82
