Describe the Issue
Amecs (https://modrinth.com/mod/amecs) makes it possible to add key modifiers to Minecraft hotkeys, such as “SHIFT+Left Mouse Button”, which was not originally possible using the Fabric Loader.
However, the CraftingTweaks and InventoryEssential mods don't get along very well with it. First of all, I want to point out that when you open the game for the first time with the 3 mods installed, AMECS automatically adds key-modifiers to various hotkeys in your 2 mods.
and some problems are caused when you're not on a crafting grid:

I also found someone else who encountered this problem before: Siphalor/amecs#82
It seems to me that the crux of this problem lies in the fact that the inventory/craft hotkeys are working even outside the inventory or crafting grid
if is possible to fix this problem i ask you to make a update to Fabric 1.20.1

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine) or custom server distributions (e.g. SpongeForge)?
nope
