Logs
Where did you download Balm from? Could you upload your Balm jar here?
For some reason Fabric is not loading the Kuma jar that's normally embedded in Balm.
It looks like this is caused by an outdated version of Fabric Loader, try updating your profile to use Fabric Loader 0.16.14.
I'm using Prism Launcher and downloaded the Conquest Reforged pack from Modrinth to use it as a base.
The Balm version is the 7.3.31 for Minecraft 1.20.1 and it's been installed as a dependency for your mods from the launcher using Modrinth as a source.
Here's the link: https://modrinth.com/mod/balm/version/7.3.31+fabric-1.20.1
That jar does include the embedded Kuma and it loads fine when I run it together with Crafting Tweaks through the Modrinth launcher.
I'm not sure if it's the Prism Launcher, another mod in the pack, or some Fabric configuration that's preventing Kuma from being detected/loaded.
Perhaps your latest.log has some more information on it.
Please provide the full logs. You can find the logs in the logs directory of the client or server. Most of the time latest.log is the correct file (unless the crash or issue happened during an earlier run).
For issues occurring only in multiplayer, include the relevant server logs as well.
Logs can be uploaded here by dragging the file into the comment field, or you can post them on a site like https://gist.github.com/ or https://pastebin.com/. Make sure they are set to be public (or unlisted) and to never expire.
Here the latest.log

I'll try deleting all the mods I added and launching the pack only with Balm and Crafting Tweaks to see if it still crashes
I tried and it still crashes.
