Describe the Issue
The mod cannot be used at all, as its recipes fail to load and the items do not appear anywhere, even with commands/creative inventory.

Do you use any performance-enhancing mods (e.g. OptiFine)?
Even isolated testing (only Balm and this mod) still has the issue
