[1.12.2] server.isOp(player) always returns true

Issue Description:
When calling server.isOp(player) it will always return as true weather a player is OP or not.
What happens:
Returns as true weather a player is OP or not.
What you expected to happen:
Would expect to return true when player has OP & false when player is not OP
Script used:
#sideonly server
import crafttweaker.event.PlayerTickEvent;
import crafttweaker.player.IPlayer;
events.onPlayerTick(function (event as PlayerTickEvent) {
if (event.phase == "START") {
print(event.player.server.isOp(event.player));
}
});
crafttweaker.log file:
Environment:
