Fabric & no game reload (1.16-1.16.5)

Can you make an update for 1.16.* fabric? Its new, cute modloader with good optimization and easier coding. Fabric is already more popular than forge (cause sodium).

In large builds it is very difficult to restart the game every time, so it would be nice to remove this need (/ct reload)

P.S. Pls, tell the Mod tweaker dev to update his mod too :D
