Remove recipe by input

A way to remove recipes by input, similar to how you can by output I.E removing all of the uses of one mod's copper.

A way to remove a conflicting recipe by input is helpful for when you have multiple mods adding the same items and you need to remove all the uses of one.

This feature should be helpful with or without another mod, great for modpacks with multiple of the same item.

I would like to use this in 1.16
