Describe the feature you'd like

I would like to request an additional optional parameter at the end of https://docs.blamejared.com/1.16/en/vanilla/api/game/MCServer#g-executecommand that once set to true will make the executed command run silently (meaning it will not appear in OPs' chats nor in the console log). I'm suggesting adding it as an optional parameter at the end so that it won't break existing scripts.
I assume it's doable, since other mods have it.
