ct dump tag does not list structure tags that start with #

Issue description
I wanted to remove a structure from the #towns_and_towers:town tag at first but I could not locate where it got stored in the tagmanager, when I asked about it in the Discord server, it was told me that this is a bug.
Steps to reproduce
use the /locate structure command to see the tags that start with a #
use the command /ct dump tag
try to locate the tags within the logs
Script used
none, while I had some scripts, they’re unrelated
