Crash when repairing in tconstruct table

Issue Description:
This issue occurs with the following mods that are suspect:
Tcon - version 1.12.2 2.9.1.65
Craft tweaker - version 1.12 4.15
pickle tweaks - 1.12.2.0.9
forge - 14.23.2.2619
(I am working on a modpack)
What happens:
I crash with the following crash-log

Relevant lines: java.lang.ClassCastException: slimeknights.tconstruct.tools.common.tileentity.TileToolForge cannot be cast to net.minecraft.inventory.InventoryCrafting
at crafttweaker.mc1120.events.CommonEventHandler.lambda$onPlayerItemCrafted$0(CommonEventHandler.java:91)
What you expected to happen:
I expect to be able to use a tool and an ingot of metal in a tcon workbench and be able to repair.

This does not happen with any scripts, base behavior of ct and tcon interaction.
