Hiding Tabs in JEI

Mezz recently added this mezz/JustEnoughItems#1164 (comment) . So it should be possible now to hide tabs in JEI, making it really useful for pack-devs to clean up JEI clutter when they functionally remove a machine from a pack, but the recipes are still there (eg. most common example is the XU2 Furnace or TE Redstone Furnace).
