Feature request description
player.sendStatusMessage is a method that pops up a message above the player's hotbar. This method is currently not exposed by crafttweaker.

Feature request reason
This would be useful for sending simple messages during an event, so that it doesn't take up space in chat.

Feature request dependencies
Vanilla MC code, so it shouldn't require any dependencies.
