Issue Description:

A custom recipe I have made (and also another I have copied) does not show in the crafting table recipe book. This is similar to #789. I have tried restarting the game numerous times, and making a shapeless recipe as well.

What happens:

The custom recipe works when manually placing the ingredients, but the recipe does not appear in the recipe book.

What you expected to happen:

The custom recipe should appear in the recipe book.
