Implement a way to get an ILiquidStack from a String

If the String is "blah", it will return liquid:blah and similarly for inputs other than blah

Why do you need this? / Why do you think this would be useful?
It would be helpful when one has to make an Array with a large list of autogeneratwd liquids. It would also be useful when using keys that are tl be used in various recipes that require both a liquid input and item input/output.
