Right now, if the config defines a link that is not in this list, the mod shows a prompt:

Yes | No

As discussed with you, I understand why you might want to do this, but considering this URL is defined in config by the modpack creator, not some user-written message in a chat, I'd argue this doesn't make much sense.

Instead, I suggest showing the URL before click, in some way. It already has a tooltip of that link, but maybe something like a status bar?
And for consistency, that status bar should be used for every link, including log uploads and privacy policy links.
