Default Options mod does not carry the crawl key

For some reason when using the mod https://modrinth.com/mod/default-options to set default keybinds for a modpack, even if the crawl key is set inside the mod files (https://i.imgur.com/AYaPMBO.png), once you boot up the game, the crawl key is unbound.
What's interesting, if I change default to some existing key (like GLFW_KEY_B), it works just fine.
Also, I have same errorneous behaviour with vanilla's Toggle Cinematic Camera key, which is unbound by default too.
