The hitbox of the the crawl state is always the same and does not scale with the overall player model when different from vanilla.

It was fixed in crawl-0.12.2, but i didn't backport it for 1.20.1

Is version 1.20.1 still popular? Can you just update MC to a newer version?

Well, 1.20.1 MC is the most recent version compatible with the Create mod, so I imagine there's still a decent amount of people who would appreciate it! No worries if it's not a priority, since I imagine Create will update at some point. (Been waiting about a year for it, though)
