Skin's second layer glitches

I upgraded my game version from 1.21.1 to 1.21.4 and I spotted a little bug when the player uses the mod. I want to mention that I use a lot of mods alongside with this one but the following bug wasn't a thing in 1.21.1, so not my mods causing this.
(EDIT: I use the same mods that were used in 1.21.1.)
