Having the Anchor hardcoded to only work in the overworld renders this mod useless in any modpack that encourages constructing bases in other dimensions. So, either remove this requirement entirely, or create a config page with this as a setting. Adding a config page has the additonal benefit of enabling modpack developers to tune balance to their individual vision.
