Liquids are the wrong color with OptiFine

I'm far from a coder; my skills are limited to the assets folder, tragically. My experience in coding is limited to .jsons.
I get the irritation-- my server relies heavily on the use of OptiFine for CIT and CEM, as well as Forge-only mods, so I've got literally no alternative besides axing a huge chunk of my server's mods and lore. It was beyond infuriating to see that the blue modded liquids issue has persisted for multiple versions with no fix.
If you're ever willing to implement the code, I've already got all the liquid assets hammered out, sans one. Thanks for your time!
You'd also have to change all the texture locations in the code and create a pull request.
I just don't have the time nor the energy to fix an issue that is caused by another mod that neither fixes its own issues nor lets others look at the code to fix it for them. I am highly against the use of Optifine, but if you want to do all of that work then go ahead.
The reason they are blue is because I use the same fluid texture for every fluid and tint it a color, the only solution would be to manually color 40+ fluid textures which I am not going to do. Its an Optifine issue, not mine. Optifine is closed source and highly incompatible with mods and I would recommend using something else like Rubidum/Magnesium.
