1.9.6-1.18.2 the loot modifier to get coffee beans when destroying grass, does not work, it try to give you "createcafe:coffee" not "createcafe:coffee_beans", this seems to also be an error in most of the datapack, most things reference "createcafe:coffee" not "createcafe:coffee_beans" or "createcafe:coffee_fruit".
