This one seems to be an issue on both 1.18 and 1.19 - the condition for the lychee tea mixing recipe is looking for the forge tag for fruits/lychees, but the ingredient uses forge:fruit/lychee. I believe forge:fruits/lychee is the correct one (as pamhc2trees uses the forge:fruit/lychee tag).

In 1.18.2 only, the mixing recipes for Redlove Milk Tea and Vanilla Milk Tea are still broken but should be fixed by using the changes you made in 1.19.2.
