You could add toppings to decorate the coffees, and add cream by mixing the milk with sugar to put it in the shakes, and so on.

An example of topping are cereals, sprinkles, oreo, pieces of chocolate. The sprinkles could be created using the spout with a special piece and ejecting melted sugar.
