Machines attempt craft even with no valid recipe

Describe the Bug
When powered a mixer and press will continue to execute the attempt to craft even when there is no valid recipe. This started with Central Kitchen 2.2.x. If I downgrade it to 2.1.3 I do not have the issue, even if I keep dragons plus on 1.7.x
Reproduction Steps
- Place Mixer
- Place Basin
- Power it
It will continue to animate over and over.
Expected Result
It will wait for a valid recipe.
