I wonder what i shall do to fix that.
Normal Create method works but catalyst fails.
Shall I contact Valkyrien Skies creators to make out methods for that?
*pictures captures but fails to upload
*seems wind not passing ,turning into specfic color nor making progress like normal ones like water.

Catalysts are just ordinary blocks tagged with bulk processing abilities. You should contact Clockwork devs to see if they have special treatment for Create's bulk processing blocks.
