[BUG-EMI Interaction] Turning off Copycats hides Copycats+ copycats, not Connected copycats

config.zip

I've attached my copycats and my create: connected config files (in zip).

Preface: The creative menu is operating as expected, no bug there. This display problem is only in EMI.

When I try to turn off the Create: Connected copycats, to remove the duplication in EMI, they are not hidden. Instead, the Copycats+ blocks are hidden, even the ones that don't have an equivalent in Create: Connected.

I can still /give the Copycats+ blocks directly, place them, assign blocks to them, and wrench them away (ie no functionality seems to have been impacted). Once I have the blocks, I can also view the recipe and use the recipe tree function. They're just being hidden from the general browsing menu.

Do you have JEI installed alongside EMI? C:Connected doesn't support EMI directly and I'm not sure how well the JEI/EMI compat works.

In that case, I think this might be due to small issues in the bridge implementation or the fact that the specific JEI API call used by C:Connected is not supported by the bridge.

I can look into proper EMI support later. I imagine it won't be too difficult, but it won't be a high priority thing.

I have TooManyRecipeViewers, the JEI/EMI "bridge" that refers JEI calls to the correct parts of EMI. It doesn't have complete coverage of JEI however.

I'm trying to avoid having JEI installed as well, as it has a severe performance hit when opening a world. The recipe tree guidance of EMI makes it my preferred of the two (I can't track complex crafting chains w/out it).

I do agree with the level=minor assessment, I just turned the visibility back on. It's only mildly irksome - I would prefer that it does nothing at all rather than invert expectations, however.
