When I go into the config to enable the blocks in the mod it tells me this block is disabled even when I'm in creative

I would like to know if there are any conflicting mods that is making this happen.

btw I'm using Configured for the config.

Are you trying to enable special fan catalysts? You need to have a mod that provides the correct type of fan processing in order to enable the catalyst in Connected, like Create: Garnished for bulk freezing.
