[Bug]Unable to Input Fluids through Inventory Extenders

When Inventory Extenders are attached to a basin, it is impossible to input fluids through the Inventory Extenders.

Fluid transport is a separate system which the inventory access ports are not intended to support. You can simply use normal fluid pipes for this.
