Linked transmitters able to delete any block (broken behaviour)

There is some kind of issue with the linked transmitters - if you're toggling their state on and off while crouching and use the button, it can sometimes delete the block the transmitter is on. Further presses of the button the transmitter is attached to will result in more transmitters being created nearby.
I suspect there's some kind of global state being saved, as buttons have sometimes not worked on the first trigger too.
Still cannot reproduce this. Are you sure no other mods are installed? What is your minecraft version?
Very strange, I’m using 1.20.1 on a clean install (new CurseForge instance) with only this mod and Create installed. It can be a tad finicky though my friend was getting this by accident causing a lot of trouble with their door.
Can you record a video of what's happening and attach your mod list? I have tested linked transmitters multiple times before and have never come across this.
No other mods (besides Create of course). No other items placed, just crouching and toggling the linked transmitter while it's active. It's able to break even bedrock this way.
If it helps, I'm also using Forge 47.2.20 (incase it's something very specific) - simply toggling the locked state of the transmitter while it's being triggered seems to be what does it.
P.S. Wouldn't this still be a major issue as it deletes any block nearby and causes dupliate transmitters to appear randomly around the area?
