Minecraft 1.21.1
NeoForge 21.1.177
Mods:
-Create [6.0.6]

It seems the problem is with JEI incompatibility.
I have the same problem with Petropart's Library is installed with JEI
I posted the issue to JEI team today mezz/JustEnoughItems#4019

hum... I just double checked, and it seems the problem is with JEI incompatibility.
