Its unnecessary, but its better to allow allow modifiy the rocket generator(Such as custom su output and fuel input) by means of datapacks or configuration files.
By the way, the mechanical pump is hard to let the air liqufier work in full efficency. It seem that we need a more powerful pump.(An air liqufier runs in 256 rpm needs more than 64 pumps, thats horrible!)
