Door, Trapdoor, Fence, Wall, and Stairs items are not properly tagged

Several items introduced by this mod lack their respective Minecraft item tags:

minecraft:doors
minecraft:trapdoors
minecraft:fences
minecraft:walls
minecraft:stairs
Each tag exists appropriately for the blocks, but not the item version.

As a bonus, the additional ladders should also be added to forge:ladders or c:ladders.
