Breaking a railing with more than one placed in a single block space only drops one item

When you place multiple Iron Railing within the same block space (up to 4), the mod will always only drop a single item.
Steps to reproduce:
- Place 4 iron railings (one for each direction) in the same block space
- Break it with a pickaxe
- Observe only 1 dropped item
