But is the actual allowable range for annotations 1 - 3 ? After adjusting this value, it will not work.

The pipeline cannot even connect to the bottom of the distillation tower.

that height of distillation tower feature got removed (because there was no point of keeping this buggy feature) so i guess this is not a problem anymore
