I make this issue cause I noticed on my survival SMP, that when I Shift Right-Click with a wrench (also by mining it normally) a small engine with a silencer, I only get the engine in my inventory but no silencer and either drop in as an item in the world.

This issue is also present on modular engines and for silencer and the turbocharger

I checked already if no similar issues has been reported, I found that #68 (and mentioned a similar behavior) but since its closed (in 2024 January) and no fix commit has been attached to, I don't know if its already fixed or not (given I'm playing with the latest version of Create Diesel Generator v1.3.1) ) with Create 6.0.4 on Forge 1.20.1 - 47.4.0.
