[1.21.1-1.3.4] Crash when placing a turret with ComputerCraft installed

When trying to place a turret when ComputerCraft is installed just crashes the game.

Repro Steps

  1. Install Create, Create: Diesel Generators and CC: Tweaked
  2. Launch the game and create a new world
  3. Try to place a turret

Versions

                Minecraft: `1.21.1`
                 NeoForge: `21.1.186`
                   Create: `6.0.6`
Create: Diesel Generators: `1.3.4`
              CC: Tweaked: `1.116.1`

I'm also encountering this crash when placing a turret with CC: Tweaked installed. Even on version 1.3.5 Create: Diesel Generators.
