Describe the bug
When added to the Craft To Exile 2 modpack it does not work unless you're in creative.

Environment
Minecraft version : 1.20.1
mod version : 2.8.8
other mod version : 2.8.7

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install this mod alongside with the craft to exile pack
2. Try to enchant a drill on survival

Expected behavior
The drill is allowed to be enchanted

Note that i updated Both kotlin and Create to their latest version, and that when tested standalone on another pack with the same forge version it works perfectly
