Add support for hyper enchanting with Zenith

Zenith is the name of an (unofficial) Apotheosis port for Fabric. On Forge, the way these two interact is by removing the level 10 enchanted books in favour of letting hyper enchants go up to level 10.
Currently, CEI Fabric can only accept and regular enchant up to level 9 with Zenith, and trying to hyper enchant beyond the usual limit (trying to hyper enchant using Sharpness 6+ as a base, for example) doesn't let you place the sword on the Blaze Burner.
It would be nice if the compatibility from the Forge version could be ported to this version as well.
I've just experienced this now!
It all still "works", I've tried everything except book (like writing/ink) copying, but it's like a soft-incompatibility in the sense that... for example...
Protection IV+IV = 5 in Zenith/Prominence II RPG 1.20.1 Fabric (I believe in this modpack the "super high op level" grades are disabled, in an anvil, boom combined easy. Same goes for Sharpness 5+5=6 (max), and anything else I can imagine.
However when you add Create Enchantment Industry Fabric; Protection IV+IV only yields = IV, inside of an anvil, and so forth.
In this case, with the Hyper experience Blaze Burner (blue one) he will create Protection V now. Haven't tested the others but undoubtedly it'd be the same. (I did not know it is supposed to go up +2 levels per config, I will check again since the first comment here seems to imply that it should go from Prot IV -> Prot VI without Zenith involved.
The PRINTER will also not print Protection V book (and the other non-vanilla higher level books) it seems, but I'll need to do some more checking on that since I've already kinda forgotten. But I remember trying that FIRST because my goal was to see if I could print Prot V's then hyper enchant to Prot VI.
Other than this, it doesn't seem to break anything else; just all anvil book combinations that would have gone overlevelled (to any degree) get forced to vanilla limits instead and now you have to use CEI. Gonna have to check if Sharpness V will go to VI as well.
