Describe the Bug

The mixing recipe for converting Experience into CEI experience shows that the experience rotor is consumed on use. However, it seems to not be consistent. Sometimes it gets consumed, sometimes the items double, sometimes they just disappear.

Reproduction Steps

1.Pump Sophisticated Experience into Basin
2. Put Experience Rotor in Basin
3. Mix
4. Observe the experience rotor go crazy

Actually it shouldn't be consumed. It's catalyst.

It's a bug of Create. You can see Creator-of-Create/Create#4853 and Creator-of-Create/Create#4963.

Anyway, I'll find a workaround.
