weird error thing with loading mod

Describe the Bug
Have installed Create Enchantment through curseforge.com and installed it manually by placing the .jar file into the mods folder, as I have done with all my other mods. I keep receiving this error message whenever I load up Minecraft with the mod inside my folder. It brings up the error message before I can reach the start menu.
I am not an expert on modding or mods, so if I need to clarify anything more I will do so.
Reproduction Steps
- Install mod through Curseforge page.
- Place mod into mods folder through the .minecraft folder
- Load Minecraft: Java Edition Launcher on 1.19.2-forge-43.2.23 installation.
- Press play and wait for Minecraft to launch
- Wait for Minecraft to load
- find error message instead of menu screen
Expected Result
I expected to have it load properly as there is no needed dependents for this mod aside from Create itself, which I have. Yet it does not load properly.

You were using a old version for Create 0.5.0 with Create 0.5.1. Please using corresponding version.
