Reproduction Steps

1. Have a Blaze Enchanter.
2. Pick up the block. (Carry On)
3. Block picked up but dropped an Enchanting Guide.

Expected Result

Not dropping an Enchanting Guide.

Well. Carry-on should fix this on their side.

I believe this issue should goes to issue board of carry on. But I'll see what I can do.
