Printer doesnt accept normal xp but accepts hyper xp

Reproduction Steps

1.fill a tank with xp
2.place down a printer
3.make a connection with pipes and one pump leading into the printer

...

Expected Result

Make it so the printer accepts normal xp

exept it didnt accept liquid xp i may have forgot to mention it in the original post but u can see from the pictures

Obviously it's not liquid xp of CEI itself. It only accept CEI xp.
Please use convertion recipe. If no convertion recipe is valid, please tell me which mod it comes from.
