I've reported a problem with Banner Patterns missing their textures from Aditional Banners and Alex's Mobs in their respective issue trackers and I just discovered that it's a conflict with Create Enchantment Industry.

Confirmed, I've found solutions for the problem. it will be fixed in next release.
