Disenchanter pick up item entities

Describe the Bug
Create's drain picks up item entities, I would expect the disenchanter to do the same.
Reproduction Steps
- Place disenchanter
- Drop nugget of experience (or enchanted item) on disenchanter
- Nothing happens
Expected Result
Disenchanter process item as if it was inserted.
