Describe the Bug

When the disenchanter's tank is full, it outputs items instead of processing them.

Reproduction Steps

1. Place funnel on disenchanter's side
2. Drop stack of Block of Experience into funnel
3. Disenchanter consumes part of the stack and outputs the remainder

Expected Result

Remainder of stack gets held until there's room to process it.
