Can't pump liquid XP into the world

Describe the Bug
I am trying to create an infinite source of XP by pumping 10,000 buckets of it into the world using the hose pully. However, the fluid won't go into the pulley and when trying to put it into a bucket, I am unable to.
Reproduction Steps
- Place hose pully in world and lower it to the floor.
- Pump XP into the hose pully via pipes.
- Hose pully won't accept it and won't place it in world
Expected Result
When piping the xp fluid into the hose pully, it is dumped in world in the same way as other fluids
