Modded and Vanilla Enchantment Limitations

Minecraft Version

Describe the Bug
All vanilla enchantments cannot be enchanted above level X. Attempting to do so will result in the item jumping over the blaze enchanter. All modded enchantments can only be hyper-enchanted to their standard max level. Attempting to raise it further results in the blaze enchanter accepting the item but never finishing the process. This was confirmed across multiple enchantments of the vanilla and modded type from various mods. A total wait time of 48 real-life hours was given to the blaze enchanter for the modded enchantments to go above their standard max. Lastly, a create tank with roughly 2,000 buckets of hyper-experience was used as a source for the blaze enchanters
Reproduction Steps
- Upgrade Enchant item with a vanilla or modded enchantment as normal.
- Strip the enchantment off of the item to make a book of the enchant (I used an enchantment remover from industrial foregoing).
- Apply that higher-level book to the blaze enchanter.
- Repeat until you reach level X for vanilla enchantments or the modded enchantment's standard max level.
5a. Observe the blaze enchanter reject all further vanilla enchantment upgrades
5b. Observe the blaze enchanter accepting the item for modded enchantment upgrade and getting stuck in the enchanter never to finish.
Expected Result
The enchantment upgrade feature with hyper experience should expectingly upgrade the enchantment past its normal max level. (presumably forever as no indication of a limit is known or written down anywhere).
